Kneed Terms of Service

Medical notice: Kneed is a tracking and organizational tool. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for advice from a qualified clinician. For urgent or emergency symptoms, contact local emergency services.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in account and for the accuracy of information you enter. You may delete your Kneed account in Settings.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of law or another person's rights.

Purchases

Each Kneed account may start one seven-day trial. On iOS, Apple presents this as a zero-price non-consumable in-app purchase. The trial does not require payment, does not renew, and does not automatically charge you. When it ends, tracking, synchronization, export, and connector features require the one-time lifetime purchase.

Lifetime access is offered as a one-time in-app purchase processed by the applicable app store. Store refund rules and terms apply. Refunds are decided by the store and are not guaranteed by Kneed. Use Restore Purchase to recover an eligible purchase.

Availability

The service may change or occasionally be unavailable. Keep independent copies of information that is important to you; Kneed provides an export feature for this purpose.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kneed is provided without warranties and is not responsible for clinical decisions, outcomes, or emergency response.
